Vision Painting was founded in 1998 by the current owners
Phil Alt and Todd Gates. We are one of Indiana’s largest
painting companies. At Vision Painting, we strive to achieve
total customer satisfaction. We accomplish this with superb
service, high quality work, and a team that is committed to
meeting budgets and timelines. Over the years, Vision Painting
has completed thousands of projects large and small. The common

Phil
Alt
Co-Owner and President
Phil was born and grew up in Fishers, Indiana Phil
graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics and Finance from Wheaton College, where he
played football and basketball. Phil’s role with
Vision Painting is focused on sales and business
development. Phil loves working with his group to
meet the companies objectives. Phil and his
wife Cari Live in Carmel and are blessed with 4
children. Phil Is very involved with his church. He
enjoys most all outdoor activities and is working on
his golf game.

Todd Gates
Co-Owner and Vice President of Operations
Todd was born and raised in Indiana. After
completing his degree in business from Indiana
University, he continued his career in the painting
industry. As Co-owner and Director of Operations,
Todd uses his 17 years of experience in the paint
industry to ensure customer satisfaction. He and his
staff focus on meeting the needs of the customer and
understand the expectations of quality, time lines,
and service. Todd and his wife Paula have six
boys and currently live the northeast side of
Indianapolis.
